What happens during the pilot?

How does the free first client work for lawyers?
You can invite one client and they get a full vault — completely free, with no time limit. Paid plans only start when you want to invite additional clients.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Annual plans can be cancelled before renewal. We don't lock you in.
Is my data safe?
Your data is stored in New Zealand on Microsoft Azure's enterprise infrastructure, with MFA enforced from day one and encrypted connections throughout.
What counts as a "complex estate"?
Families with multiple properties, trusts, business interests, or several family members who need to be involved. If you're not sure, just get in touch and we'll work it out together.
